Practice & scoring disclaimers
TestAchieve is an independent ACT-style practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by ACT, Inc. ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc.; use here is for identification only.
All content, timing, and scoring on this site are for practice and study purposes only. They do not reproduce official ACT test forms, equating, or score reporting.
Scaled scores and composites shown after practice sessions are approximate estimates based on published practice tables and our scoring models. They are not predictions of your official ACT score and must not be used for admissions, scholarships, or eligibility decisions.
Level Check uses a multistage (MST) practice flow for efficient level-finding. It is not the official ACT adaptive delivery and does not produce official ACT scores.
TestAchieve does not guarantee score improvement, test-day outcomes, or any particular result from using the service.
Marketing copy on this site describes our own products and prices only. We do not make comparative claims about other prep providers.
Terms of purchase
By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and our Refund Policy below.
Purchases grant digital practice entitlements (credits) on your account — for example, one Full Run, one section flight, or the Retake Bundle (3 Full Runs). Credits are non-transferable and tied to the account that paid.
Entitlements are delivered as soon as payment succeeds. Starting a timed practice session consumes the matching credit from your wallet at session start.
The Retake Bundle grants 3 Full Runs for one payment and is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Unused Full Runs after the 90-day window are forfeited; we do not extend the window or roll credits forward.
Wallet dollar credits ($20 packs) may be applied toward eligible practice types per current pricing when you do not have a matching typed credit. Credit balances do not accrue interest and are not redeemable for cash except as described in the Refund Policy.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax may be collected where required. We may change prices or offerings; changes apply to future purchases only.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or billing.
Refund policy
Because practice credits are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally final once a credit has been used.
You may request a refund for an eligible purchase within 7 calendar days of the charge if no credits from that specific order have been consumed. “Consumed” means you started a timed practice session that deducted the entitlement, including any credit granted by a bundle or wallet top-up traceable to that order.
If you used part of a bundle, that purchase is not refundable for the unused portion.
Duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or failure to deliver purchased credits to your account after successful payment may be refunded in full when reported within 30 days. We will investigate using Stripe payment records and your account ledger.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
To request a refund, email us from the address on your account with your purchase date and a brief description. We may ask for the Stripe receipt or last four digits of the card used.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved. Please email us first — we aim to resolve billing issues quickly.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law where you live.
- Unused, whole order — refund within 7 days of purchase
- Any credit from that order used — no refund for that order
- Bundle partially used — no refund
- Expired bundle credits (after 90 days) — no refund or extension
- Billing error / duplicate charge — contact within 30 days
Accounts & minors
You must provide accurate account information. One person per account unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.
Students under 13 should not create accounts without verifiable parent or guardian consent. Parents may create and manage the account used for purchases.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse refunds, share credentials, scrape content, or violate these terms.
